From the South--Follow I79 to I80 East. Exit I80 at the Barkeyville Exit. Follow Routes 8N & 62 through Franklin across the four-lane highway between Franklin and Oil City, which runs along the river. When you are approaching Oil City, there will be three stop lights in a row. Go to the third light and turn right. (The first light is by the Electralloy plant on the right, the second light is at the VFW, the third light turns onto Center Street.) Go through two lights. At the top of the hill, bear left at the "Y" in the road onto Plummer Street. There will be a Country Fair gas station at the "Y." Plummer Street winds up the hill toward the administrative office and turns into Grandview Road. (There should be blue directional signs along the way.) You will pass Thorne's market on the right and the Regional Counseling Center. The administrative office is right after RCC on the right-hand side just before Hasson Heights Elementary School.
